Sweet Suite Toy Swag Box!

It’s here!! I’m super excited to get this opened!

I only had the boomerang clip of the box from Facebook! I could have went into my room to get a picture of it, but the boys follow me everywhere and didn’t want to start something now! Ha!

Did I mention we are actually Home “HOME” now! Ha! Long story, but our electric was out and it took over a week to get it back on.

I didn’t realize how much work was involved once the electric goes out! My fridge was covered in mold so I had to clean and then clean some more. I did some major speed cleaning last night when we got into our house around 6pm. But at least I was able to get my laundry (mostly) caught up. (I still think little elves leave dirty laundry when we are sleeping!).

SO everything is FINALLY getting sorted out to a more “Norm” life. We just now have to go get Skye (Our dog) from my Sister In Laws and then we will be all set… well until we find a house to buy.. then that’s another adventure waiting to unfold ha!

Sweet Suite Follow ups and Grandpa Joe’s Candy Buffet for $1!

It’s done! I was so afraid I wouldn’t follow up with this but I did! I have tons of contacts from the Sweet Suite and I followed up with everyone! YAY!

Look at all of these flyers!!

..and of of these BUSINESS CARDS! EEK! I handed out over 50 business cards! So strange to have business cards for YouTube channels, but my friend over at Tubey Toys said to get some made (which I got for free on Vista Print!) and I did!

I am already getting an overwhelming amount of responses, (just a few really, but still overwhelming as I don’t get many as it is) even a few that reached out before I did! I already have a few companies sending out products to review. So I am SUPER excited.

We also have our SWEET SUITE SWAG BOX that is supposed to be arriving TODAY! EEK! It’s 17 POUNDS! Now THAT will be a video to film! May not have all three boys open it though, it would end up like a pack of wolfs fighting for food!

It took about 30 mins to reach out to everyone, which wasnt bad at all. I was really stressing over nothing ha, but I am one that likes to get things done by a certain time.

During this time, I told the boys if they were good we would go to Grandpa Joe’s Candy Shop. They had they $5 candy buffet boxes for only $1 today!

My nephew went with us, so the trip was even more special! It took about 30 mins to drive there, but it was still worth it! Even Mommy B took a break from her diet to grab a box!

Alright, got to go. We still haven’t been back to our house yet due to unfornuate event, but hopefully later today we will! Which means.. more work.. but hey, at least we will be home! Ha!

Home Sweet Home!

We made it home! (Well sorta, but that’s another story!)

We decided to split the trip home in half, which is what we SHOULD have done going to NYC, but we know now for future trips!

We stopped by a park on the way back, which was fun. The boys were to tired and antsy so I told them after each couple of hours, IF they were good they would get some surprises along the way.

….Needless to say, they only got one, ha!

These Cutie Fruities are super cute! They entertained them for at least 20 mins!

We even found some fun ice creams along the way! Sponge Bob was a hit!

We had about 30 mins until we got back to Eaton, Ohio, so we decided to stop by Dorthy Lane Market for a pick me up! We LOVE this place! My sister, (who is Paleo), was able to find some food here too, which was great, it’s hard to find Paleo foods while traveling and she was famished!

Baby A was sooo happy to see us and his super soaker was a hit! He looked like a little ghost buster!

So ya.. I’m so ready for life to get back to the “Norm”. I loved being able to take a break from normal life, but I SOO missed home, family, my hubby and my baby!

I have a ton of emails to send for follow ups from the fair, my work for the resume company to get caught up on and TONS of laundry to do.

If only I could get a laundry fairy.. HA!

Site seeing in NYC! Staten Ferry, Ice Cream on Wall Street and more!

We woke up.. extremely sore and tired the next day, so we stayed in until 1pm before we ventured out!

We started out catching a bus, which went smooth at first, until we missed it, then had to purchase another set of tickets, then we got on the bus waiting for the driver to scan our mobile tickets, only for him to look at us like we were crazy.. what did we do wrong? lol

The boys did like the bus ride though! LJ is taking it all in!

Ok, so after the bus, we ventured to the ..subway.. in which we took the subway in the wrong direction! (This is were I was slapping myself in the face Ha!)

Anyways.. it’s all good! We just ended up being near Staten Island so we took a Ferry! We had planned to take the Ferry at some point so it all worked out! We got some lunch ( more like dinner since it was around 4 when we actually got some food!) at Steve’s Pizza! Tiffany (my awesome sister that was a trooper and came with us!) stopped at a Paleo joint in NYC, which was totally awesome.. well.. because she IS Paleo and didn’t get eat much on this trip so far so this was great!

So, we walked a lot, and had to call an Uber a few times ha, but we did what we could! It was super fun and super stressful at the same time.

The Ferry was fun, I got some fun shots during it too! We saw the Statue of Liberty.. not as close as I had hoped, but hey the Ferry was free! So we will take it.. Ha! We took the Ferry to the Island and then back. Boys loved seeing all the boats and it felt safe too, the sides were really high, so made this mom feel safe! Ah.. and the fish. They had these huge tanks in the waiting area for the Ferry, and LJ was very taken with them. So much that him and Zieke took out their tablets and had a photo session!

Ah and the ice cream.. We had Milk Cereal ice cream on Wall Street! (The boys didn’t like, of course! So there went $20 bucks in the trash, no, like literally! We threw it all away!) I had a few bites, it definitely tasted like milk cereal, which was really strange but fun!

We also found a fun little park. They were able to fun around for a bit before heading back. We ended up, when all said and done, calling an Uber, we were going to walk to the bus station, but we ended up walking the wrong way, and by the time we found that out, the correct path would have taken us over 35 mins, PLUS we had to ride the bus back to our apartment still.. and it was after 9pm so yes.. an Uber it was! ( Uber’s are awesome BTW! We took a total of 4 when we were here)

All in all, it was a great experience, but I think next time (if there is one), we will stay in NYC and not in NJ as it was WAYYY to much walking, taking buses, Uber expenses and so on.

So, we are headed out soon. We might hit up a park before heading back home, but not sure yet. This trip has definitely gotten the best of me!

Sweet Suite 18 Toy Fair NYC! We made it! Part 2

IT.. WAS.. EPIC!

It was totally worth it! Don’t get me wrong, traveling with a 4 & 5 year old is/was rough, but we did it! They had so much fun and got SO much stuff, with more to come. There were some booths were LJ just wouldn’t step away from!

There was this one booth that the boys really enjoyed:

They have such a creative product! You get to create your own story and then hear it read back to you! It’s called my fabulous storyteller! Boys loved it so much that they gave us one! Definitely doing a video on this! 48 Stories plus you can download more!

There are way to much to post on here, so I will just post a ton of pics! Ha!

We LOVE Maya toys! We had Maya Toys send us some of their products and we loved them. I, of course, loved the bead making sets & Orbeez!

Boxy Girls! Ahh! These are dolls that do online shopping and then you get to open the blind boxes to see what they ordered! Eck! Super Cute!

Treasure X’s! You dig open to find some collectible surprises!

Looks its a Power Ranger Mega Zord! I’m not sure who the other character is?? EEck! Help!

Kuroba! This is actually for girls, but boys can play too! You can battle these and change them up. Such a cute set. Reminds me of a girl version of BeyBlades!

Cartoon network!! Ben 10 and some Power Puff Girls sets! Eek! I was so in love with this fair, I didn’t want to leave!

Cartoon Network had a booth with a new Ben 10 set were you create your own figure! It was awesome, you added all the pieces and then turned a knob then it pushed all the pieces together to create your own personalized figure!

Playmobil! Such a classic! They had new dino set, ghostbusters and more! I need to get some of these sets!

Bubble gloves!! BOYS LOVE THESE! They have these for under $2 at Walmart..and look! Stikbot!

Look at what the boys got! Every kid got to pick out some awesome stuff!! SUPERHEROS ALL THE WAY!

Ok, So this Go Green playdough is the best! We had to actually tell the boys to stop playing with it so other kids could! Ha! This playdough has the best feel to it!

These magnetic tiles.. ha.. LJ would not step away from these until he had built an awesome house! lol

Alex Toys! The first brand we used when we started YouTube!.. Brings back memories! They have Slinky racers! and Do Dats! Super fun!

Oh My, these HexBugs brand animals, just to cute for words!

Fingerlings! They now have plushies coming out as well as Dragon fingerings! Ah! The games looks too cute!

Games Galore! We couldn’t pry the boys away from this booth either! Such fun games, and this host of this booth was pretty awesome too! She played with the boys for quite a while!

We SO need this in our life!

Paper plane maker! Who would have thought?? Super cute!

Crayola! Another CLASSIC! This set had over 50 experiments and for under $25! Homeschool all the way with this set!

Ok, so I think at this booth, LJ stayed here for about 30 mins, then he came BACK for another 20 mins! This had to have been his favorite! Puzoodles! Food and animals combined!

I finally got to meet Tubey Toys!! We both started two years ago! Her Son, M-Tubey is super cute! It totally made my trip meeting them!

This trip was absolutely amazing! BIG THANK YOU to Melissa from Mommie and Gracie for inviting us! We are a super small channel, in hopes to become larger one day, and this just made that dream a step closer!

So we going to finish getting ready and dressed so we can enjoy some site seeing here in NYC!

NYC Sweet Suite Toy Fair

Sweet Suite Ahhh! So we are gearing up for this fair! I am super nervous and excited at the same time!

Our channels are so small (hopefully not forever), so it’s very intimidating going into this huge event!

We are planning on driving there ( a 10.. hour.. drive.. eek!). We still have a dentist appointment to go to and we also have to drop off our puppy (Skye) at my sisters, as well as getting some items for our trip and we still have to pack!

This trip is going to be such an investment, but it sure is a dream come true! Boy’s will love it I’m sure, plus we will get some swag sent to us later on!

Well soo that’s day 1.. not to much excitement going on.. yet!

Boys really enjoyed trying new things. It also gave them a “taste” ( Ha did you see what I did there!) of a different culture!

They (of course) loved the candy, I on the other hand LOVED the spicy noodles. I’m going to HAVE to get some more of those!

I would love to do this again with a few other channels. I mean, come on, who doesn’t love food? Ha!

Doc McStuffins Farting Hulk Eats 6 Cupcakes, Doc McStuffins Farting & Burping Check Up Smashing Cake

Doc McStuffins Farting Hulk Eats 6 cupcakes and Doc McStuffins at Farting Hulk Tummy Ache Check-Up. Today Zieke dressed up as Doc McStuffins and Doc McStuffins gave Farting Hulk a tummy ache Check Up after farting Hulk ate 6 cupcakes. Farting Hulk had a tummy ache because he ate too many cupcakes. Farting Hulk got a Doc McStuffins check-up and injection in his tummy during his tummy ache checkup as she could not stop farting and burping. Hulk was hungry and went to the kitchen to get 6 cupcakes.

Farting Hulk ate the cupcakes and got a huge tummy ache and started burping and farting. It’s a prank with Doc McStuffins, the Hulk & cupcakes! Hulk’s tummy hurts because Hulk ate six cupcakes and farting Hulk has been farting and burping and had to lie down waiting for the Doc McStuffins checkup. When you’ve got a tummy ache, Doc McStuffins gives Hulk a check-up for his farts and burps. Doc McStuffins visits Hulk farting at home for a Hulk tummy ache check-up. In this kids video Doc McStuffins gives Hulk a needle in the arm and a shot in the tummy and checkup at home after farting Hulk could not stop farting.

After a check up and two needles farting Hulk felt much better and stopped farting, even though his tummy was full with 6 cupcakes. Doc McStuffins gives burping Hulk a check-up, and Hulk ends up needing a shot in his tummy to feel better and stop burping and farting. Doc McStuffins is an awesome, sweet Doctor! It’s so funny watching the cute kids play dress up and Hulk gets a check-up and he needs a shot in his tummy for his stomach ache. Keep watching to see if burping and farting Hulk feels better! If you love seeing Doc McStuffins giving Spiderman surgery and Bad Baby Dr., then you’ll love this.

This was super cool! You can use it outdoors or in. Comes with Hooks, Claps & suction cups. Hook it to the window, chairs, beds & more! This one didn’t come with a sheet, but the kit in the link above does. This would make a great Christmas gift! Kids can use it year around, indoor or out! Super simple to put together. I had trouble with the suction cups until i seen my window was dusty! So make sure your surface is clean. After I cleaned it I had no problems!

Easy to put up and down I must add! Zieke was even able to hook some of the plugs together!
